When entering full screen mode by pressing F11, the browser window is higher
than to screen. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a page than requires you to scroll the page.
2. Press F11 to enter Full screen mode.

Actual Results:  
Part of the browser window is placed outside the visible screen area. The bottom
scroll arrow and resize box is below the lower screen border.

Expected Results:  
The browser window should fill the screen area, no more, no less.

I've only access to 1024*768 resolution, so it's possible that this bug doesn't
show in other resolutions.
