I get the error exactly as shown in the PNG on a new Firefox install with no
profile. The bug disappears if I simply move my old profile back.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Fresh install of firefox, move/rename/delete %appdata%/mozilla
2.try to load firefox

Actual Results:  
I get the error message as shown in the picture linked.

Expected Results:  
Made a default profile and loaded normally, I'd hope.
