If one selection is highlighted in the Tools->Extensions panel and a function
icon (e.g. Options/About/Home Page) is clicked for a different (unselected)
extension, the function for the highlighted extension is incorrected run.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose Tools->Options and ensure that at least two extensions are installed
(e.g. DOM Inspector and googlebar).
2. Highlight one extension by clicking on the extension text (e.g. DOM Inspector). 
3. Click on one of the small function icons on a different extension (e.g. the
"About" icon next to the googlebar description).

Actual Results:  
The About box for DOM Inspector is displayed.

Expected Results:  
The About box for googlebar should have been displayed.
