When saving all attachments, the save dialog is expecting a folder, not a 
file.  However, the behavior of the save dialog when creating a new folder 
seems to be to move you *into* the folder.  At this point, the user sees the 
OK button disabled, and "cancel" as the only valid choice.  This is confusing. 
 
When the save dialog is trying to get a folder name rather than a file, the 
"create new folder" action should result in the new folder being selected 
within its parent directory, rather than the new folder being made the current 
directory.
