The first two columns (the side bar and the article column) are partly
overlapping when slashdot's page is first visited. Hitting reload or
back/forward corrects the problem. Visually, this seems to be a different
problem from the one described in bug #244781.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Exit mozilla quickstart and start mozilla so that it is fresh.
2. Visit http://slashdot.org

Actual Results:  
The slashdot page was rendered incorrectly, as described in the details, above.

Expected Results:  
The page should have been rendered correctly.

Same as bug 217527 (which actually covers the different-looking issue in bug
244781). The bug is fixed on the trunk, but not on the 1.7 branch (because the
fix for it caused different problems)
