1) install a new seamonkey or launch mozilla with the "-installer" flag from the
command line.
2) select a profile to migrate (you obviously need to be on a machine that has
some pre-existing 4.x profiles).
3) After clicking "Start Mozilla" a confirm dialog comes up. This dialog is
*huge* and extends off the bottom of the screen on an 800 X 600 resolution monitor.

this is probably related to this dialog sucking. dupe of an existing bug
requiring me to fix it ;)
