again, now that ben owns the profile ui, ben has agreed to help clean up
the bad xul I wrote.

mozilla/profile/resources/content/confirmMigration.xul

to get that dialog, you take make sure you have exactly one 4.x profile, and you
run mozilla.exe -installer

do this with the mozilla build, not the commercial build.
the commercial build is set up not to show this dialog.

Ben,

On today's Mozilla build, I have 1 4.x profile and run mozilla -installer. I get 
the Mozilla confirm dialog- that I am about to copy some 4.x files, but pressing 
OK or cancel takes me to Profile Manager- with the unmigrated profile showing - 
what I expected was OK-migrate profile, cancel takes me to PM- am I incorrect?

I saw that too, that's a new bug, and it may be something I did.

er, or it could be ben.  either way, I can look at it.

but the ui has been fixed, so this bug was fixed.
