If I reconfigure my toolbars (add/remove objects: buttons, spacers...) when I
click done - Main menu (File, Edit...) is disabled (unactive, unable to use)
until I restart Mozilla FireFox 0.9.

Expected Results:  
Make it runs properly - after I click done everything should back in normal state.

Are you using an old profile? The same bug was fixed on the 10th of May (bug
243262). Please try it again with a fresh profile.
