When I went to http://www.dayspring.com/ecards/card.asp?id=0102373d-pot and
clicked the "open card" button, I received the following error:

The procedure entry point ??0Ns_ConvertUTF16toUTF8@@QAE@PBG@Z could not be located
in the dynamic link library xpcomdll
When I clicked "OK" on the error message, it popped up again.
Reproducible: Always
