To reproduce:
1. Go to mozillanews.org
2. Bookmark this site
3. Open the Bookmarks Menu and watch as the bookmark icon moves

It seems Mozilla uses this:
     <link rel="icon" href="/images/favicon.gif">
as bookmark icon. But i think Mozilla should use the "shortcut icon" because it
isn't very good when you for example put that bookmark in your personal toolbar
folder and every 10 seconds something's moving up there. The "shortcut icon"
can't be animated, since it is a .ico. Also some people seem to think shortcut
icon is for bookmarks, and icon for the icon when visiting the site:

too bad, there is no standard for this.

Or as another suggestion, Mozilla should just stop this animation in Bookmarks,
whatever of those two solutions is better.

I´m seeing an animated icon in the location bar and in the tab in the tab bar,
when the site is loaded.
I don´t see icons in bookmarks manager, personal toolbar, folders in personal
toolbar.

if a site says "shortcut icon" it works in the location bar, and in the "bookmarks toolbar folder", but if it says "Shortcut Icon" it works in the location bar, but not in the "bookmarks toolbar folder".

Test with www.uccu.com, which has <link rel="Shortcut Icon" href="favicon.ico" type="image/x-icon">
