User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040626 Firefox/0.9.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040626 Firefox/0.9.1

Under Windows XP, Firefox 9.0 prompted me to update to Firefox 9.1. Now,
whenever I start Firefox 9.1, it prompts me to update... to Firefox 9.1.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start application.
Actual Results:
Application starts. Home page (www.google.com) loads. Slide up notification
that an update is available and that the updater will refer me to a page to
download Firefox 9.1. Little red exclamation mark sign with a 1 next to it in
the lower right hand corner of the status bar.

Expected Results:
Application starts. Home page displays. No notifications unless an actual
update exists.
