After Installing Mozilla all my non microsoft programs need reinstalling.
Putting it mildly, this bug has tested my patience to the limits
Now that I have reinstalled most of it, I'' continue to use mozilla, but after
my next major celan up, mozilla will not be reinstalled and I'll caution others
from using it. IE might have holes, but it dosn't kill your system
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install Mozilla
2.
3.
Actual Results:
A lot of programs requre reinstalling. To name a few: Adobe photoshop,
illustrator and indesign, Ad aware, Nero, Quicktime, Winamp, ethereal, and the
list goes ever on
Expected Results:
Non of the above

You didn´t install Mozilla, you´ve been installing Firefox.
I´ll suggest next time you better try the coming Netscape 7.2, and stay away
from Firefox, themes and extensions, or read installation notes.
You don´t need to reinstall the programs, from what I see from your description
Firefox has registered the MIME types, so if you open a pdf with the browser,
the pdf plugin is used in the browser, instead of starting Acrobat as standalone
application, to reverse this, Acrobat must tell windows it is responsible for
the pdf extension.
Bugzilla is for bugs, if you need tips for installing, look into the forums, or
your browser help links in the bookmarks.

To what location did you install Firefox?
Though there are not enough details here, it looks like it's a dup of bug 233625.
