I noticed that there was an update available, upon download and installation of
Firefox 0.9.1 I noticed the red square (notification box) still there, rather
than turning green.  I still show one update even though I am using the most up
to date build of Firefox.  I have uninstalled the browser, cleaned the registry,
deleted all references, reinstalled, updated and still get the same problem.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download Firefox, version prior to 0.9.1
2. Update to 0.9.1
3. Notice there is still an update available

Actual Results:  
Same problems

Expected Results:  
Red notification square should have turned green and shown no updates available.
