User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040626 Firefox/0.9.1
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040626 Firefox/0.9.1

I find it really annoying that there is not a checkbox for "Don't offer to use
Password Manager anymore." It's pretty annoying have to click "Never for this
site" everytime I go to a different site that asks for my password.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a site that requires a log-in
2. Enter your log-in info
3. Click "Never for this site"

Actual Results:
You have to do this at every site that requires log-in info.

Expected Results:
The ability to permanently disable the Password Manager.
