The builtin search bar doesn't open the results in the current browser tab when
you hit Enter. It would be nice if you hit Ctrl+Enter that it opens it in a new tab

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
I don't know if it the modifier for opening a new tab for a search should be
Ctrl (like almost everything else), Alt (like the address bar, which is
different so Ctrl+enter can add www. and .com like IE), or both.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → NEW
Ever confirmed: true
Summary: Ctrl+Enter in search bar to open new tab → Ctrl+Enter in search bar to open new tab

Control click on a link opens a new tab and also the googlebar uses the same key
combo. So my vote remains Ctrl

Alt-Enter already does this, which is consistent with the URL bar and will not
be changed.
No longer blocks: link-modifiers
