"Critical Udate(s) Available" function does not get switched off after
installing update using FirefoxSetup-0.9.1.exe

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. After starting up the browser, the notification message appears.
2. When double-clicking on the notification button, updates are found.
3. After clicking on the "Install Now" button, the current window does not close
as indicated, but a new window appears with the Firefox download page.
4. Even after closing down the browser and repeatedly installing the updated
version, the problem still recurs, even after restarting the computer.

Expected Results:
The update should have removed the update notification message.
