249392 - Update notice /very/ persistant, but doesn't work

When v.9.1 came out, the update notice in the bottom right let me know.  I
clicked the link, but nothing happened.  Later, I downloaded and installed the
update, v.9.1, but I'm still being told there's a newer version (and still the
link doesn't work).

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
I see this everytime my browser starts, but I don't have another, similar system
to see if the same problem exists there.
