In linux, the print properties dialog allows you to specify the target paper
size. This should be based on the Locale settings. On all printers, the
default paper size is A4, dispite the fact that it doesn't match my locale. It
is also impossible to switch to US Letter, because it is not listed as an option.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hit print
2. Hit "Properties"
3. A4 is selected, and now US Letter option exists.
