The 3 default folders in the bookmarks menu, 2 can be deleted but the third
can't why is this? its extremely annoying and i would like to get rid of the folder

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.bookmarks
2.manage bookmarks
3.select bookmark tool bar folder
4.Unable to delete (delete option not selectable)

Actual Results:  
delete option not selectable

Expected Results:  
it should have been able to allow me to delete the folder.
