a new tab is not opened. Also, when you right click a bookmark from the pulldown
menu, the context menu doesnt appear

Reproducible: Always

1.Open Firefox
2.Pull down the bookmarks menu on the top toolbar
3.Click the scroll wheel down. No tab opens
4.Right click on a bookmark... You get a strange little box, but nothing
happens. There is no context menu when you right click

Actual Results:
A new tab didn't open

Expected Results:
A tab with the bookmarked link should have opened
