Firefox 0.9.1 crashes on two computers where Firefox 0.9 did not crash.  These
computers are running Windows 2000 and Windows XP.  Additionally, Thunderbird
0.7.1 runs fine with no problems on both computers.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox.
2. Exit Firefox by the [X] button that closes the window.
Actual Results:  
Firefox crashes.

Expected Results:  
Firefox should not crash.

File > Exit does not seem to cause the crash, only exiting by closing the
window.  Last remaining Window does not make a difference; it can be a regular
browser or the download manager.
