On start-up, Firefox 0.9.1 reports “New Updates Available” when no new updates
exist.

Additionally, a 1 appears in the status bar, and reports “1 critical update(s)
available”. When clicked, the critical update is “Firefox 0.9.1”

This problem appears to occur when Firefox is upgraded from version 0.9 to
0.9.1. Users who install 0.9.1 freshly do not suffer this problem.
