If replying to a message sent with a text attachment, the entire text attachment
will be quoted in the reply. This presents a problem with one or more large text
attachments because you have to then go through the message and delete them.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive a message with text attachments
2. Hit reply
Actual Results:
The entire text attachment(s) is included in the message text
Expected Results:
Not included the attachment in the message text
