The tab bar should have left and right arrows that allow you to scroll through tabs. There should only be enough tabs allowed on the screen at one time so that you can see a significant amount of text in each tab.

As you can see, this is bad UI. It should be pretty obvious to people what is wrong with this. You can't really tell which tab is which. Even the site icons barely help because there are a few tabs on the same site.
