Firefox version of the SeaMonkey bug #174541 ... Moving "Set as Bookmarks
Toolbar Folder" from the "view" menu to the "edit" menu and adding context menu
setting when clicking on folders in the bookmarks manager. The current state is
illogical for many users...

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
