When I click on the "select columns to display" option while in my main email
inbox, and then hover over one of the options, a tooltip is displayed on the
left side of the screen that says "select columns to display".

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Click on the "select columns to display" button.
2.  Hover over any of the options.
3.

Actual Results:  
A tooltip is displayed on the left side of the screen that says "select columns
to display".

Expected Results:  
No tooltip should be displayed at all.

Attachment: The tooltip bug in all of it's glory.

The tooltip disappears after about 5 seconds, but it should only be appearing
when you hover over the "select columns to display" button, and not when you
hover over the options after you click the button, and certainly not on the
wrong side of the screen.
