When downloading certain files, especially from fileplanet, or other file-planet
type web-pages. The file downloaded is missing the two leading characters on
the filename... For instance, if the file is named "bugzilla.zip", it would
save as "gzilla.zip"

Reproducible: Sometimes
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to fileplanet.com
2. search for a file (preferable one you don't have to wait in line for)
3. download it and check the save-as dialog that comes up, the filename should
be missing the two leading characters most of the time

Actual Results:
2 Leading characters of the filename are missing

Expected Results:
named the downloaded file its correct and full name

It's not a crucial bug, however it gets annoying when your files that are
downloaded have missing parts of their name.
As you are a customer, I would suggest emailing them. See Bug 136831 comment 18
regarding their compatibility with Mozilla
