In the extensions/themes manager, the link 'Get more extensions/themes' will
open a new window when clicked. As tab browsing is a fetaure of Firefox, the
link should open a new tab.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Tools\Extensions
2. Click on the link 'Get more extensions'

Actual Results:  
A new window is opened.

Expected Results:  
It should have opened a new tab.

And moreover, perhaps the dialog box should be closed once the new tab is
opened, since it is no more useful.

This sounds like bug 250645.

I saw this bug, but it is not about the fact a new window is opened instead of a
new tab, so I decided to create this one.

This is by design. Tabs are not the default link behavior.
