251303 - Rename "Page Info" to "Properties"

The Page Info menu item should be changed to Properties and the View Page Info
and View Frame Info context menu items changed to simply Properties.  Page Info
is inconsistent with the use Properties everywhere else.  Otherwise we should
have View Link Info and View Image Info in the appropriate context menus,
instead of Properties.

That, and "info" is very informal.

The existing "Properties" item would have to be renamed then. "View Page Info"
and "Properties" can be present at the same time. See http://www.mozilla.org and
http://www.cnn.com.

The existing Properties item should be integrated into Page Info.  All it tells
me is the text language.
