The reply and forward headers ("On blah blah blah, Someone wrote:") are not
styled using the options defined in Tools -> Options -> Composition -> HTML
Options. So, the message body and the reply/forward header may be displayed to
the recipient with different styles (font and size).
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Define a font and size in HTML Options
2. Reply to or Forward an email
Actual Results:
The body of the email sent will obey the style defined in HTML Options but the
headers quoting the replied or forwarded email will be in the default style
Expected Results:
Both the body and the reply/forward headers should be styled according to the
HTML Options settings
