When working in Bookmark Manager and clicking or doubleclicking in the folder
list (left) panel the current position in the right panel doesn't change ... 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click or doubleclick in the folder list (left) panel of the BookMark Manager

Actual Results:  
The current folder in the right panel didn't change.

Expected Results:  
The current folder in the right panel should change to the one that we clicked
on the right panel.

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
