I request that the Enable Javascript (and possibly Enable Java) options have an Exceptions button implemented, indentical in function to the other Exception buttons next to the other options in Web Features. This would allow for whitelisting or blacklisting specific pages where the user does and does not want the page to use Javascript. Example: The majority of the pages I view only use Javascript for advertisements and bloat. Many of these pagess have alternative, HTML-only content. So, I browse with Javascript disabled. But, there are 3 or 4 pages that I use on a regular basis that cannot function correctly without Javascript (Hotmail, for example). I would like to be able to whitelist Hotmail so that Javascript is still enabled for that page only. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

the backend code needs to exist first, then we can create UI for it. way past 1.0 timeline anyway :)
