When going to bookmark a page, and hitting Bookmarks|Bookmark This Page, the
insert into box pops up asking where to put the bookmark. By default, this is
the bookmarks toolbar folder. This seems the wrong behaviour to me (as the user
as few questions as possible, Gnome HIG, right?)...by default bookmarks should
go into the bookmarks folder on the bookmarks menu.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://slashdot.org
2. Hit Bookmarks|Bookmark this page.

Actual Results:  
The Add Bookmark dialog poped up, by default showing the bookmark to go in the
Bookmarks Toolbar

Expected Results:  
Either no dialog to popup (preferred), or the default bookmark folder to be
"Bookmarks".

sorry for bugspam, long-overdue mass reassign of ancient QA contact bugs, filter on "beltznerLovesGoats" to get rid of this mass change
