When you exit all mozilla windows, and the download manager while downloading,
all downloads will be canceled, without any warning.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download something
2. Exit mozilla
Actual Results:
Download got canceled
Expected Results:
A warning that you are still downloading something, and a question if you realy
want to cancel it.
Just like when you quit mozilla with a few tabs open.
