When in threaded view (with all threads collapsed) new posts are loaded, one
thread with a new post is expanded. This is not neccesarily the thread with the
newest post, the behaviour seems to be quite random. 
In my view no thread should be expanded by TB when new posts are downloaded, but
only show underlined, giving the best overview about threads with new posts. The
user can then decide which thread to expand, in order to follow that thread.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. switch to threaded view
2. collapse all threads
3. load new posts

Actual Results:  
One thread is expanded to show new post.

Expected Results:  
Show threads with new posts underlined - leave collapsed threads collapsed.
