saving from html source window doubles code

When I go to "html source" editing window, make any change and press Save, the
Composer returns me to "Normal" and the page is twice there.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.download the file from URL
2.open it in Composer, switch to "html source" window
3.make change and save
Actual Results:
the Composer returns me to "Normal" and the page is twice there.
Expected Results:
the Composer remains in html source page and saves the file correctly
