There is a bug with the Bookmarks Manager in which the root Bookmarks folder on
the left column appears expanded and does not list the folders contained within.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the Bookmarks Manager.
2. Collapse the root Bookmarks folder on the left column and close the Bookmark
Manager.
3. Open the Bookmarks Manager again. 

Actual Results:  
The root Bookmarks folder on the left column appears expanded however none of
the folders which are contained in the root folder are listed.  After collapsing
and re-expanding the root folder, the folders contained within reappear.

Expected Results:  
On the second loading of the Bookmark Manager, the expanded root folder should
list the folders contained within.  If not, the root folder should appear collapsed.

Confirming the bug. Also noting that this only occurs with the root folder, all
the subfolders are behaving as they should.

This bug seems to have been fixed with the Bookmark Manager pane interaction
fix(Bug 247960).

Indeed, it looks like bug 247960 probably was what fixed it, but this much later
it's probably less confusing to call it worksforme.
