- right-click somehwere in the bookmarks toolbar

- mouve the mouse pointer over "New Folder...": A line is shown to show the user
where the new folder will be inserted.

- move the mouse pointer over "New Bookmark..." and "New Separator": This line
is not shown!

The line to show where the object will be inserted should also be displayed for
"New Bookmark..." and "New Separator".

I just found out that the problem is not only the missing line. These objects
are also always inserted at the end of the toolbar.

For "New Folder..." it works.
With "New Folder...", the black line appears in the right place, but the folder
is added at the end anyway.

Yes, I can reproduce this.
But so it is strange that this works when right-clicking over a folder: The
folder get's a border to show the new folder will be inserted within that folder
and the new folder is really put into that folder.
