When you launch a 2nd and subsequent firefox browsers, they all start with a blank page instead of the configured home page. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.set a home page 2.start your 1st firefox browser window 3.start other firefox browser windows Actual Results: The first firefox browser starts with the home page. The 2nd and subsequent browsers start with a blank page. Expected Results: Firefox starts with the home page each time.
