When you set a home page in the firefox general preferences and then launch
your 1st firefox, it starts with the home page. When you launch a
2nd and subsequent firefox browsers, they all start with a blank page
instead of the configured home page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.set a home page
2.start your 1st firefox browser window
3.start other firefox browser windows
Actual Results:
The first firefox browser starts with the home page. The 2nd and subsequent
browsers start with a blank page.
Expected Results:
Firefox starts with the home page each time.

This is by design. There are no plans to change it in the browser, although
there are extensions that can.

What extension will, when you launch a 2nd firefox browser window,
cause it to start on the home page?
