Typing a forward slash or apostrophe in any text input or textarea field
triggers the Find Toolbar.  The forward slash or apostrophe does get entered
into the text input, and everything typed after that shows up in both the text
input and the Find Toolbar.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to http://bugzilla.mozilla.org
2. Type '/bug' into the query input text field


Actual Results:  
'/b' appears in the input field and an instance of the word 'bug' is highlighted

Expected Results:  
'/bug' appears in the input field

I can't reproduce this at all. On any form element, / and ' don't trigger find.
