go to Preferences->Advanced->Proxies select radio "Manual proxy configuration".
It is not possible to select fields for proxy & port for edit (click doesn't
work, tab doesnt work either). This regression ocurred somewhere between build
2004072209 and build 2004072509

Confirming with Mozilla 2004072708 on WinNT4. Worked with 2004072209 for me.
Cannot edit/type anything in the proxy and no proxy input fields.

Confirming on Mozilla 2004072608 on Mac OS 10.2.8. Setting Hardware/OS to All
and marking NEW.

Mozilla 2004072808 on WinNT4.
I guess it is related to this. More fields are affected: In prefs under Privacy
& Security - Cookies I can't edit the value for "Accept cookies for [..] days".
You can only (de)select the values in the input field, no change/delete, no cursor.

I did some further research and it seems that regression occured exactly between
builds 2004072409 and 2004072509. Let's look to bonsai again.
