This keyboard shortcut is not set like it is indicated in the documentation.  If
there is a way to manually set this, I would be happy to do that.  In any case,
I find this shortcut very useful, and if this is not a bug, then the
documentation on the thunderbird page should be updated to indicate this
shortcut no longer exists.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have a new message arrive in your inbox or junk folder
2. Select the folder with the new message
3. Press ctrl-shift-C

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
All the "new" message should be marked as read.
