Not all of the header is displayed when set to view all headers. Most obvious is
that only the first and last "Received" fields are displayed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select View -> Headers -> All
2. View the source of a message
3. Compare the headers in the source view with the headers displayed in the
message pane. Some header fields will be missing (for example some Received fields).

Actual Results:  
Missing some header fields

Expected Results:  
Expected: All header fields should be displayed
