Details

Can't build the MOZILLA_1_7_2_RELEASE because the directory config/mkdepend is
empty after doing a 'make -f client.mk checkout'.
Also,the subdirectory config/Moz is missing entirely (and therefore Milestone.pm).
Is this a dupliacte of BugID # 254346
Seems the source tarballs we built from this empty branch and they are already
looking at this problem.
