Have a window with some Back and Forward history...

Steps to reproduce:

1. place the mouse on the dropdown triangle for Back: get the 'Go back one page'
tooltip.
2. Click on the Back triangle, and move the mouse to any of the list element:
the same tooltip shows but disappears almost immediately :-(
2bug. That's bug A.

3. Click on the _Forward_ triangle, and move the mouse to any of the list
element: the same tooltip shows but disappears almost immediately :-(
3bug. bug B is that the tooltip should be updated to be the 'forward' one.

I did a quick search and did not find a dupe for bug A.
I think I remember a bug related to bug B kind of behaviour, but I'm not sure
which one.
(The two bugs could be splitted in two separate bug reports as needed...)

Bug B present;
but not Bug A:
+(K) regression, between "v1.7 branch" and v1.8a1.

Bug A is due to the tooltip appearing right under the mouse cursor,
instead of one (text) line under the mouse cursor !

Yes, bug B seems to be bug 147670.

What about bug A ?
