It should be:
Copyright © 2003-2004 Contributors to the Firefox Help Project.

Actually, it should say "Contributors to the Mozilla Help Viewer Project",
becuase Firebird Help and Mozilla Help were merged into one.

The patch doesn't apply at all. Please diff against the aviary branch, not
firebirdhelp on mozdev. The latter is out-of-date. Use cvs diff -u from above
mozilla/. Help content lives in
mozilla/browser/components/help/locale/en-US and
mozilla/toolkit/components/help/locale/en-US.

actually it's mozilla/toolkit/components/help/helpOnHelp, the other locale file
is DTD files.

blocking PR 1 because of legal issues that could arise without this patch.

OK, this is a new patch... I used the
mozilla/browser/components/help/locale/en-US directory. Sorry, I didn't realize
that mozdev firebirdhelp was different from the one in the official source
