Details

Using Windows NT Server 4.0 with SP 5 and nightly build 2000012715. For a long while now I've noticed that when I put the mouse over the "customize" button in the sidebar the mouse icon shows as the expand up/down icon, not as a standard pointer that usually displays when the mouse is over a button. Double checking it, it appears that putting the mouse anywhere on the blue area of the sidebar to the right of the words "My panels" causes the up/down icon to be displayed.
