Details

After entering an incorrect password twice for a pop account, the 'get mail'
button no longer works for that account.  to re-enter the password i had to shut
mozilla down & restart, at which time i could enter the pass for that account.
ah! I've had this same problem but I kept forgetting to file a bug. reassign to
jefft, cc myself
