When this occurs, my entire Inbox becomes empty and I cannot view any emails which were downloaded before the infected email (After Thunderbird is restarted). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Send myself an email with a virus/malacious program in it. 2. Let TB download the email 3. Restart TB Actual Results: My Inbox becomes empty once I restart TB. Expected Results: Mailbox should not be empty after antivirus software deletes an incoming email.
nothing we can do here. your anti-virus software quarantines the entire file moving your inbox into some quarantine directory. this is a dupe.
