User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; ca-CA; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; ca-CA; rv:1.7) Gecko/20040803 Firefox/0.9.3 CVS access request for ca-AD Firefox/Thunderbird localization. After discussing with Catalan translators, user community and Catalan packagers of GNU/Linux distributions (like Debian) we ask for ca-AD code, which stands for Catalan language and Andorra regional code. This will also avoid any clash problems with regional packages of es-ES which are also used by many Catalan-speakers (and potentially other countries, as well), and at the same time, conserving compatibility with different extensions of Mozilla Seamonkey, Firefox and Thunderbird. Please, update Catalan language references in the localization project from ca-ES to ca-AD. Today I will send a faxed CVS contributor form. Best regards Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Can you please attach or post a weblink to firefox localization files (toolkit and browser) which are ready for commit to CVS?

I have made a comparison using this script: http://lxr.mozilla.org/aviarybranch/source/toolkit/locales/compare-locales.pl?raw=1 and I got this output, but I have not found anything wrong. Any idea? --- Entities in ./chrome/browser/pref/pref-advanced.dtd don't match: In browser-en-US.zip: browsing.label Entities in ./chrome/browser/browser.dtd don't match: In browser-en-US.zip: search.accesskey Entities in ./chrome/browser/setWallpaper.dtd don't match: In browser-en-US.zip: position.label no comparison for ./chrome/global-region

I have made a comparison using this script: http://lxr.mozilla.org/aviarybranch/source/toolkit/locales/compare-locales.pl?raw=1 and I got this output, but I have not found anything wrong. Any idea? I have not added profiles and new bookmarks since we have to design them for new builds. I would add them soon --- Entities in ./chrome/global/finddialog.dtd don't match: In toolkit-en-US.zip: cancelButton.label no comparison for ./chrome/global/intl.css no comparison for ./chrome/global/about.xhtml no comparison for ./chrome/global-region/builtinURLs.rdf Entities in ./chrome/mozapps/extensions/extensions.dtd don't match: In toolkit-en-US.zip: cmd.uninstall.label cmd.uninstall.accesskey cmd.update.label cmd.update.accesskey
You are the second localizer I've seen with a file in the browser package at chrome/global-region... what is that and why is it there? Please attach a SSH public key, following the guidelines at http://www.mozilla.org/cvs-ssh-faq.html You can safely ignore the "no comparison" messages... they just mean that the perl script doesn't know how to compare that file type. The "don't match" messages mean that there were changes to the en-US locale files made after you did your translation, and you'll need to fix them up (just edit the files and look for the mismatched entity/property name).

You mean builtinURLs.rdf I suppose... I do not either. I use MozillaTranslator, maybe this file must have been going through Mozilla to Firefox/Thunderbird since I first migrated the glossary... For security reasons I have preferred to make a new key. May you update it? Zip file with id_dsa and a signature. I have been looking around but I am not sure... Which would be my username and password for the CVS writing locale access? Thanks.

Ignore it. I have CVS access and I have changed it myself (In reply to comment #14) > Created an attachment (id=163096) > Update ca-AD/browser/defines.inc for adding Help and Inspector >
